Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, and with all packaging intact.

• Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Niloufer Jewels will not be liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings, customized or personalized pieces, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

2. We will provide you with the return shipping details.

3. Ship the item back to us at your own cost.

4. Once received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.
